SACRAMENTO, 11 June 2016: Wild horses, mustangs, trained throught the Sacramento County Sherriff's Department's Jail Industries Wild Horse Program at Rio Consumnes Correctional Center (R.C.C.C), Elk Grove, with seven horses available for sale by auction at the 2016 Western States Horse Expo, Sacramento, California.
